What happens if something goes wrong
We want every order to go smoothly. When it doesn't, here's how we handle it.
🌹 Order tracking
You can follow your order from preparation to delivery. If something looks off along the way, our system flags it so we can fix it before it reaches you.
📸 Photo on delivery
We take a photo when your flowers arrive so you can see exactly what was delivered, even if it's a surprise for someone else.
⏰ On-time delivery
You pick a 1-hour delivery window at checkout. If we're late, we'll let you know and work with you on a fair resolution.
💬 Talk to us
You can reach us by chat, email, or Viber. We respond within 2 hours during our operating hours (8 AM–8 PM PHT, every day). Urgent issues get handled first.
↩️ Making it right
If your order has a problem, let us know. We'll work with you to fix it — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or something else that works for you.
🔒 Your data is safe
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Your password is hashed (never stored as text). Login sessions use secure tokens. We don't share your information with anyone.
